It begins with a spark and becomes an obession.
Ideas come in many forms - a picture, a song, a conversation, an experience. From there, my brain starts stringing together characters, places, and events. Sometimes even I don’t know where we are going to be by the end.
Growing up, my days were filled with my large family, shenanigans with friends, time at the lake and plenty of books. Now as an adult, I still spend my time that same way. Writing has always been a way to escape reality for me - inventing worlds, characters, stories - all in the safety of my room. I live in Michigan with my husband and our rescue dog, Robot.
